Jean-Paul Trijsburg Pinot Noir is a single-vineyard expression from Ballarat, crafted from hand-harvested fruit and partially fermented with 10% whole bunch alongside whole berries to build aromatic lift and complexity. The wine is matured for 18 months in French barriques and bottled without fining or filtration to preserve purity and texture.

The palate is elegant and finely structured, unfolding with layers of black cherry and subtle savoury nuance. Gentle notes of tobacco add depth and complexity, while balanced acidity and refined tannins carry the wine through a long, poised finish. Focused yet expressive, it is a graceful Pinot Noir with both immediate appeal and cellar potential.
