Jean-Paul Trijsburg Chardonnay

Jean-Paul Trijsburg Chardonnay is crafted in a Northern French-inspired style, with fruit picked early to preserve natural acidity and freshness. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented using indigenous yeasts in a new 1000-litre French oak vat, followed by eight months of maturation in oak to build subtle complexity and texture.

The palate is medium-bodied and finely poised, shaped by a mineral-driven core and a moreish, gently savoury edge. Flavours of ripe apricot are complemented by a delicate touch of vanilla, adding softness without overwhelming the wine’s crisp, structured backbone. Clean, focused and quietly expressive, it delivers both freshness and understated richness in a balanced, elegant style.
