Jean-Paul JP Trijsburg Nebbiolo

Jean-Paul JP Trijsburg Nebbiolo is an elegant and beautifully expressive take on Nebbiolo, combining the variety’s natural perfume, structure and mineral character with a generous, fruit-driven style. Picked in March, the fruit spent a month on skins before maturation in French barriques, building texture and complexity while retaining its vibrant character.

The nose and palate are lifted with bright red cherry, subtle aniseed and fine mineral notes, supported by graceful tannins and fresh acidity. There is a lovely sense of balance and poise throughout, with enough structure to reward further time in bottle.

Bottled without fining or filtration, this is a refined and characterful Nebbiolo with elegance, freshness and plenty of charm.
