Jean-Paul JP Trijsburg Grenache Blanc de Noir is a distinctive, full-bodied white that showcases Grenache in an unexpected and wonderfully textured style. Hand-picked in March and whole-bunch pressed, the wine was fermented with indigenous yeast in seasoned French barriques before spending three months in oak, followed by stainless steel maturation to preserve freshness and acidity.

Rich and savoury on the palate, it offers generous flavours of ripe peach and orange blossom, with a subtle hint of vanilla adding depth. The combination of barrel fermentation and lees-derived texture gives the wine impressive weight and complexity, while bright acidity keeps it fresh and balanced.

Bottled without fining or filtration, this is a characterful and flavoursome white with plenty of texture and personality.
