Jean-Marc Burgaud Morgon Chollet is a deeper, more structured expression of Gamay from one of Beaujolais’ most respected producers. Sourced from clay-rich soils in the southern part of Morgon, the wine delivers impressive depth while retaining the vibrancy and freshness that define great cru Beaujolais.

The nose is generous and expressive, opening with ripe cherry and raspberry layered over darker berry fruits, gentle spice and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is fuller and more rounded than a typical Beaujolais, with supple tannins and a fine savoury grip that adds shape, texture and length.

Richly flavoured yet balanced, this is a poised and quietly powerful Morgon with excellent versatility at the table. A natural partner for roast pork, duck or earthy mushroom dishes.
