About This Wine:

The champagnes in the Chiquet brothers' 700 series, which fundamentally rethink the concept of non-vintage champagne, are best consumed and handled like vintage cuvees. Cuvee No. 745 is made up of Pinot noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes harvested from Ay, Dizy, and Hautvillers in the Vallee de la Marne (68%) and Avize and Oiry in the Cote des Blancs (32%), according to the 2018 harvest.
