Italo Cescon Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Il Tralcetto

From the alluvial clay soils of the delle Venezie DOC, this 100% Pinot Grigio is hand-harvested at the end of August and gently pressed, with cool fermentation preserving freshness and purity. The wine is matured on lees for five to six months, adding texture and complexity before a short period of bottle ageing prior to release.

Straw yellow in colour, the nose is intense and elegant, showing peach, citrus and subtle spice with a delicate hint of nutmeg. The palate is dry, fresh and savoury, with ripe fruit and orange peel notes balanced by crisp acidity and a softly rounded texture. Bright yet mouth-filling, the wine finishes long and clean with excellent balance.
