Hughes & Hughes Pinot Gris

This vibrant Pinot Gris is sourced from vineyards across Tasmania and crafted with a focus on flavour and texture. A touch of skin contact—both before and during fermentation—gives the wine its delicate blush hue and aromatic lift. Fermentation took place across a mix of stainless steel and old barrels, using wild yeasts, with extended lees ageing to build texture and complexity. Bottled unfined and filtered.

The result is a beautifully expressive Gris, bursting with crunchy pear, apple skin and florals, underpinned by zesty acidity and a subtle savoury edge. Exceptionally versatile, it’s a perfect match for modern Australian cuisine or simply great company.
