About This Wine:

Home Hill Kelly's Reserve Pinot Noir is the flagship Pinot Noir from Home Hill Winery, crafted from a selection of the finest barrels of the vintage, with one exceptional vineyard parcel always forming the heart of the blend. Hand-picked and hand-pruned fruit, combined with careful oak maturation, results in a deeply concentrated and cellar-worthy expression of Tasmanian Pinot Noir.

Matured for nine months in French oak, including 47% new barrels, the wine balances richness and structure with elegance and finesse. Deep ruby in colour with vibrant purple hues, the bouquet bursts from the glass with aromas of red berries, dark cherry and sandalwood.

The palate is plush yet refined, layering dark cherry, plum and subtle cacao notes alongside beautifully integrated oak spice. Silky yet firm tannins provide shape and longevity, while vibrant acidity carries the wine through a long, smooth and lingering finish. Powerful, seductive and impeccably balanced, this is a Pinot Noir built to reward extended cellaring for up to 15 years.
