Hentley Farm The Beauty Shiraz

Sourced from the coolest block on the estate, located on the eastern bank of Greenock Creek, this vineyard features deep red clay loam soils, a low topographical position, shaded mornings and north–south oriented rows, all contributing to a refined and elegant style.

The fruit is destemmed and co-fermented with 3% wet Viognier skins, with one-third fermented off skins in oak before basket pressing. This gentle approach enhances aromatic lift and textural finesse.

True to its name, The Beauty is an elegant and expressive wine, showing lifted aromas of blueberry, white florals, white pepper and sage. The palate is soft and subtle, with lovely fruit drive, fine tannins, and seamlessly integrated oak, delivering balance, finesse and quiet complexity.
