Havilah Tasmania Pinot Gris is a clean, expressive Pinot Gris sourced from two trusted growers in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley. The fruit arrived late in the season and was gently direct-pressed before a deliberately simple fermentation focused on preserving purity and freshness.

Generous and vibrant, the palate is full of ripe orchard fruit and subtle citrus, with a clean, refreshing finish. A classical, fruit-driven Pinot Gris that is beautifully uncomplicated and easy to enjoy.
