Discovery is the second range to be released as part of the refreshed Gordon & MacPhail portfolio, marked by a bold step forward in packaging. Created to guide whisky drinkers on an exploratory journey, the range is grouped and colour-coded into three distinct flavour profiles: Smoky, Sherry, and Bourbon. The aromas are a balance of sweet and savoury—dry-cured meats glazed with luscious apricot jam, layered with rich vanilla. Gentle wisps of softly swirling peat smoke enhance the natural sweetness. A rounded palated bursting with juicy tropical fruits—pineapple, kiwi, and banana—lightly dusted with icing sugar. Subtle malt notes and vibrant lemon peel bring freshness and balance. The finish is long and luxurious, revealing sweet marshmallow gently toasting over smouldering bonfire embers.
