Sherry has run though the veins of five generations of the Gonzalez family since 1835 when the pioneering 23 year old Manuel Maria Gonzalez left his banking career for more noble pursuits.
La Concha is a medium sherry made from the Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grape varieties. The wine spends 3 years in American oak following the traditional Solera system. Showing a light mahogany colour, La Concha has a full luscious taste with a velvety body.
