Gapsted Estate Limited Release Chardonnay is intensely complex, with lifted aromas of stone fruit, citrus and subtle spice, framed by a gentle struck-match note from barrel fermentation.

The palate is full and layered, centred around ripe pink grapefruit, nectarine and white peach. Notes of praline, dulce de leche and cinnamon custard add depth, supported by a delicate, shortbread-like texture.
