Frederic Leprince Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Sourced from select vines across the Côte de Beaune (Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Volnay) and Côte de Nuits (notably Vosne-Romanée), rooted in shallow to mid-depth clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested into small crates, the fruit undergoes traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts, 100% destemming, and 10–12 months’ ageing in oak before blending in stainless steel and bottling unfined and unfiltered.

Bright and pure, it offers lifted red berry aromas and flavours, carried by a crisp, clean palate. Elegant and versatile, it pairs beautifully with andouillette or grilled pork sausages.
