Farr Rising Garganega

Driven by their love of Soave and a desire to make their own wine, the Farrs planted Garganega on a north-facing slope with grey sandy loam over limestone and ironstone. The wine is naturally fermented, split evenly between tank and one-year-old oak barrels, and bottled after 10 months. This approach preserves bright, refined acidity while allowing the wine to develop complexity. Fresh, expressive and approachable, it’s a delightful work in progress — best enjoyed without hesitation.
