Fantini Calalenta Merlot Rosato

Harvested by hand during the cool of night to preserve freshness and aromatics, this wine is gently crushed and destemmed before fermenting in large steel tanks at low temperatures for 18–22 days. After a brief period on lees, it is clarified, filtered, and bottled. The nose is fresh and delicate, with strawberry, watermelon, and pink grapefruit complemented by floral hints of rose petals and broom. Bright, vibrant, and minerally, it pairs beautifully with raw shellfish, fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, lightly spiced Asian cuisine, and white meats.
