Domaine Famille Paquet Saint-Veran

A lovely wine from the very successful 2020 vintage, we can see more precision and elegance in the wine as it continues its journey towards organic certification. It has a pretty pale lemon colour; an expressive, broad nose with confident layers of ripe Chardonnay fruit; mellow, inviting and balanced there are notes of green summer leaves, hay, orchard fruit and cardommon on the palate. The wine finishes at the end of the palate with spicy, salty notes making it very gourmand.
