About This Wine:

Harvested in mid-October, the fruit is wild fermented on skins with frequent cap punchdowns during the first 10 days. This is followed by 5 to 7 weeks of extended maceration, using the same traditional method as the La Morra. Bottling takes place in summer.

The wine opens with vibrant red fruits laced with delicate floral spice. Silky and plush on the gums, it reveals earthy undertones as it builds through the palate, finishing with a gentle chew and impressive breadth.
