Domaine Tabordet Sancerre AOC

Founded in the 1960s by Raymond Tabordet in the village of Verdigny, Domaine Tabordet began with 4.5 hectares of vines before expanding under his sons, Yvon and Pascal, into Pouilly-Fumé. Today the estate is run by Marius Tabordet and his cousin Gaël, working alongside Pascal, with vineyards now spanning 16 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé and 5 hectares in Sancerre.

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is clean, crisp and mineral, offering bright aromatics with a restrained citrus profile. The mid-weight palate shows excellent energy, with focused, zippy acidity balanced by subtle texture and depth. Elegant and versatile, it works beautifully on its own or alongside a wide range of dishes.
