Domaine Simha Ravi Syrah

An elegant, cool-climate Syrah shaped by minimal intervention and a deep sense of place. Handpicked from select Tasmanian sites, the fruit undergoes wild fermentation with partial whole-bunch inclusion, building aromatic lift and savoury complexity. Aged in seasoned French oak barrels, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Perfumed with violets, black pepper and wild herbs, it unfolds with silky texture, fine tannins, and a long, mineral finish—Syrah in its most graceful form.
