Domaine Bernard Gripa produces astonishing Syrah (Shiraz) in the Saint-Joseph appellation. This wine is from older vineyards that range from 30-45 years old.The vineyards are planted on terraces of granite soil specific to this appellation. 

The Saint-Joseph has a rich, full-bodied flavour with a wonderful scent of blackberries and black pepper. A delightful balance of freshness and salinity provides a unique flavour profile. Serve it with beef stew, roast lamb, or other spicy foods.Enjoy it young by decanting it for at least 45 minutes before serving, or cellar it for up to 10 years.
