Produced from 100% Syrah grown on a 1.2-hectare parcel planted in 2001 at the Parady vineyard in Mauves, the vines thrive on the steep granite terraces that define the finest sites of Saint-Joseph. These distinctive soils impart remarkable freshness, structure and mineral precision to the wine.

The bouquet is deeply aromatic, revealing blackberry, black cherry and dark plum layered with smoky mineral notes, cracked black pepper, violets and hints of pipe tobacco. The palate is concentrated yet energetic, delivering vibrant dark berry and cherry compote flavours alongside floral nuances, savoury spice and lively natural acidity.

Firm, youthful tannins provide structure and excellent ageing potential, while the long, focused finish lingers with notes of pepper, granite minerality and fresh dark fruit.
