About This Wine:

Blackberry, boysenberry, and a hint of savoury herb (aniseed, fennel seed) may all be found in the dark fruit zone of this wine's aroma, which is dark pink in the glass with powerful bubbles. However, the acidity in the mouth is all-encompassing, puckering, fresh, and piercing. The black cherry fruitiness actually takes a back seat to the sharp crispness, with the marjoram/tarragon herb characteristics' somewhat salty, bitterness adding extra length and appeal. Simply delicious and enjoyable, but with complex flavours that encourage more reflection.
