Delamere Sparkling Rose NV

A benchmark Tasmanian sparkling, crafted entirely from Pinot Noir. All reserve wine is matured in old 300L hogsheads, with full malolactic fermentation adding richness and texture.

Pale salmon in colour, it offers fresh aromas of strawberry and musk, enriched by subtle lanolin and toast, with an added layer of complexity from careful bottle aging.

A perfect accompaniment to freshly shaved prosciutto with figs and Parmesan, soft white cheeses, oysters, hot-smoked salmon, or a vibrant roast capsicum salad.
