This 100% King Valley Savagnin is a striking natural expression, direct-pressed and wild fermented, then aged oxidatively on lees in seasoned oak for 12 months, followed by a brief rest in stainless steel before bottling—unfiltered and unfined.

In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw-gold hue with glints of amber. The nose is layered and intriguing, opening with candied citrus peel, preserved lemon and golden stone fruits, interwoven with hints of almond skin, subtle oxidative notes, and a whisper of flor. On the palate, it’s textured and savoury, with bright citrus at the core—grapefruit and Meyer lemon—wrapped in nutty, saline complexity and a touch of umami, giving it depth and a long, moreish finish. A wine with both character and soul.
