About This Wine:

A distinctive Victorian white blend, composed of 55% organically grown estate Chardonnay from the Candlebark Hill vineyard and 45% King Valley Savagnin. The fruit was hand-picked, direct-pressed, and co-fermented in seasoned oak barrels, followed by 15 months’ maturation.

An authentic nod to the classic white blends of the Jura, crafted with a minimal-intervention approach — wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined — allowing purity, texture and character to shine through.
