This Chardonnay is drawn from carefully chosen vineyards characterised by limestone and clay soils, where cool nights and a temperate continental climate help build freshness, aromatic lift and mineral tension. Hand harvesting and strict sorting ensure pristine fruit, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in French oak, including a measured portion of new barrels.
