Domaine Gautheron Chablis AOC

Domaine Gautheron, based in the tiny village of Fleys on Chablis’ eastern slopes, has been family-run for more than seven generations. This classic Chablis is crafted from over 20 parcels across the south-eastern quadrant of the appellation. Each parcel is vinified separately before blending in spring, allowing both focus and a layered complexity to shine through.

The result is a wine with floral lift, stone-fruit depth, and a hint of fresh butter. It balances vibrancy with elegance, offering richness and freshness in perfect harmony.

Nestled in Fleys, a quaint village of just 150 inhabitants on Chablis’ eastern hills, Domaine Gautheron spans 30 hectares across three AOPs: Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru. Its vineyards are planted on four distinguished climats: Vaucoupin, Les Fourneaux, Mont de Milieu, and L’Homme Mort.

A family-owned estate for more than seven generations, Domaine Gautheron is now led by Cyril Gautheron, with the support of his father Alain, crafting some of the appellation’s most refined wines.

Cyril is dedicated to expressing the unique character of each terroir, producing graceful wines that preserve Chablis’ crisp, traditional elegance. From the approachable Petit Chablis to the finely sculpted Premier Cru wines, Domaine Gautheron enjoys wide recognition in the international wine trade for its finesse and authenticity.
