Clyde Park Estate Shiraz

This Shiraz blend is drawn from two estate blocks planted with the PT23 clone. Fermented in small batches, the final composition incorporates 20% whole-bunch wild fermentation before spending 10 months maturing in French oak, with 20% new puncheons. The result is a luminous crimson-red wine with violet hues, exuding lifted aromas of dark berries and subtle spice. The palate is supple yet structured, displaying finesse, vibrancy, and remarkable balance.
