Chateau Janoy Bellevue Bordeaux Rouge

A blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, produced by the Chevillard family at their château in Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers sub-region. Fermented and matured in tank, this unoaked Bordeaux Supérieur highlights the supple character of Merlot, offering smooth tannins and flavours of blueberry and cherry with a subtle hint of white pepper. Medium-bodied with generous dark fruit and a rounded finish, it’s an approachable, versatile red that pairs easily with a wide range of dishes, from roasted meats to vegetable-based plates featuring peppers or mushrooms.
