The vieilles vignes — old vines of more than 50 years — draw on the perfect interplay of three distinct soil types within this remarkable parcel, weaving complexity and depth into every bottle. The wine is matured in oak barrels, with 80% new oak lending a subtle frame of vanilla that lifts the lemon zest and floral aromatics, alongside pure green apple. On the palate, it is sleek, intense and driven by a vivid mineral line. Layers of citrus and wet stone flow through to a dry, clean finish edged with a fine twist of bitter lemon that lingers beautifully.
