Chateau Doisy Daene Barsac 375ml

One of the most famous names in the Barsac region, south of Bordeaux, is Château Doisy-Dane, a Second Classified Growth from 1855. Château Doisy-Dane, which the Dubourdieu family has owned since 1924, exemplifies the superiority of the great sweet wines of Barsac.

The Château Doisy-Dane 2019 exhibits a typical expression of the magnificent terroirs of Barsac while being made entirely of Sémillon. The "red sands of the Baracais," a distinctive geological formation of clay sand soils over a bed of calcareous soils, may be found on the Barsac plateau.
