This is a fine terroir, and in the glass it reveals the extra dimension of lusciousness that defines the very best Pouilly-Fuissé. The bouquet brims with ripe summer fruits — nectarine, peach and a touch of citrus — while the palate is long and supple, carrying a gentle exotic lift perfectly anchored by precise minerality.

Château des Quarts is a rare monopole, with a significant proportion of its vines dating back to 1917. Covering 2.23 hectares (though not all currently planted), the estate is the result of a remarkable collaboration between two of Burgundy’s most respected vignerons, Olivier Merlin and Dominique Lafon.
