Charles Melton The Kirche Shiraz Cabernet

The Kirche Shiraz Cabernet displays a shining ruby hue with lovely limpidity in the glass. This vintage shows a slightly more aromatic and perfumed expression, with Shiraz taking a more prominent role while still sitting comfortably alongside the traditionally more assertive Cabernet influence from the Kirche vineyard.

The bouquet is gently lifted and expressive, with sweetly scented notes of violets and ripe plum at the forefront. On the palate there is excellent fine density, offering a poised and balanced structure that combines elegance with quiet power.

It finishes with the winery’s signature cellar richness, adding depth, warmth and persistence, while maintaining a refined and harmonious overall shape.
