Highly aromatic, showing Savagnin’s signature notes of subtle curry spice, stone fruit and chamomile, layered with wild sea-like perfume, quince, ripe apple, and a whisper of caramel for added complexity. The palate is lifted by saline acidity, highlighting ripe apple, bosco pear and a touch of preserved lemon. A complex and intriguing wine, beautifully expressing the character of the variety.
