Castagna Adam's Rib White (Chardonnay Viognier)

Beechworth Chardonnay and Viognier, sourced from our biodynamic estate and neighbouring vineyards. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and gently handled, with subtle oak influence to enhance texture while preserving vineyard clarity and varietal expression.

The nose shows delicate saline notes with hints of apple, pear and stone fruit. On the palate it is textural and mouth-filling, offering juicy richness with a lightly nutty, saline finish. A wine of generosity, finesse and vibrant freshness.
