About This Wine:

Because Monterey Chardonnay is so rich, it doesn't require oak. The chilly environment adds a refreshing acidity to the flavours of golden mango, tangerine, Asian pear, white blossom, vanilla bean, and butter cream, leading to a lengthy finish complexed with a trace of yeast from sur lie ageing.
