Fermented 50% in stainless steel and 50% in barrel, with full malolactic fermentation and traditional batonnage, the wine is aged sur lie for eight months—adding texture and complexity.

The nose is lively and fragrant, with bright citrus, crisp apple and hints of white jasmine. On the palate, juicy stone fruits are layered with warm vanilla, clove and a gentle toastiness from oak aging.
