Boffa Barbaresco DOCG Paje

From the renowned Pajè cru, this Barbaresco offers a particularly elegant and expressive interpretation of Nebbiolo, combining finesse and aromatic complexity with the structure expected of a great Barbaresco vineyard. Traditionally fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with automatic pump-overs to encourage extraction of colour and aroma, it is matured for around 18 months in a 26 hL wooden barrel.

Garnet red in colour, the wine opens with an intense yet fresh bouquet, marked by fine floral and aromatic detail. The palate is dry and robust, with a broad, enveloping character and beautifully rounded tannins that provide structure without sacrificing softness. Full-flavoured, graceful and persistent, Pajè is a Barbaresco with both depth and elegance.
