Boffa Barbaresco DOCG

A classic expression of Barbaresco, showing the elegance and finesse that define the appellation. Traditionally fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with automatic pump-overs to encourage gentle extraction of colour and aromatic character, the wine is then matured for around 12–18 months in large 25 and 50 hL wooden barrels.

Garnet red in colour, it opens with an intense yet refined bouquet, delicate and beautifully composed. The palate is dry, smooth and harmonious, with an elegant structure and fine balance. Subtle aromatics, graceful tannins and a lingering finish capture the character of the Barbaresco terroir, making this a particularly approachable and immediately enjoyable expression of Nebbiolo.
