Don Zoilo Oloroso en Rama

Don Zoilo Oloroso en Rama is a rich, deeply savoury Oloroso made from first-press Palomino must and aged oxidatively for a minimum average of 15 years through the traditional Criaderas y Solera system. Fortified to 19%, the wine develops remarkable depth and complexity through extended maturation in oak.

Bright amber in colour, it offers an intensely aromatic nose of toasted walnuts and mature dried-fruit characters. The palate is dry, full-bodied and velvety, with subtle tannins, low acidity and a beautifully rounded, harmonious texture. Powerful yet refined, it finishes with exceptional persistence.

A superb aperitif and an outstanding partner for aged and blue cheeses, nuts and foie gras. Its savoury depth also makes it wonderfully versatile with tuna, red meats, game, rich stews, mushrooms and spicy dishes.
