Bindi Dhillon Glenhope Chardonnay is a beautifully refined cool-climate Chardonnay from acclaimed winemaker Michael Dhillon, showcasing the precision and elegance that have made Bindi one of Australia's benchmark producers.

Sourced from the Glenhope Vineyard in the northern Macedon Ranges, the fruit comes from nearly 30-year-old vines planted on granite-rich soils at 450 metres above sea level. The elevated site delivers exceptional natural acidity, mineral definition and remarkable finesse.

The wine is crafted with minimal intervention, undergoing wild yeast fermentation in French oak, with around 30% new barrels, before maturing on full lees for ten months. This approach builds texture and complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit and the vineyard's distinctive character.

The bouquet is vibrant and finely detailed, offering aromas of lemon, citrus blossom and ripe nectarine, layered with subtle struck flint and delicate mineral notes. The palate is creamy yet beautifully focused, combining bright stone fruit with chalky texture, lively acidity and a refined nutty complexity.
