The Col Mountain Grenache project continues to gather momentum—and for good reason. Crafted with the same precision and care that define Bindi Wines, this latest release is a vivid, medium-bodied expression of Heathcote Grenache at its finest.

Sourced from the steep, rocky Col Mountain vineyard, this wine is made much like Bindi's Pinot Noir—wild yeast fermentation in open vats, gentle handling throughout. The result is a wine of purity and finesse, bursting with raspberry, pomegranate, rose petals, and a hint of earth.

The palate is supple and flowing, with vibrant fruit, creamy texture, and fine, balanced tannins providing both grip and lift. It’s beautifully structured, offering immediate appeal with the potential to age gracefully over the next 8–10 years.
