About This Wine:

Sourced from a premium vineyard near the winery and harvested at sunrise, this Chardonnay was pressed immediately to separate juice from skins, preserving purity and delicacy. Fermentation began in stainless steel before being transferred to a blend of new, one- and two-year-old fine-grained French oak barriques, where it matured for eight months with regular lees stirring to build mid-palate richness and complexity.

Soft and creamy, yet lifted by fresh, vibrant acidity, the wine displays white peach, pineapple, and nectarine intertwined with citrus, layered with subtle roasted almond, brioche, and cream notes — a harmonious balance of elegance, texture, and flavour.
