About This Wine:

The grapes for this wine were hand picked and gently handled to preserve their natural vibrancy. Around 15% of the fruit underwent carbonic fermentation, adding lift and freshness, while the remainder was destemmed and given an extended cold soak. The berries spent 22 to 25 days on skins before being pressed to 15% new French oak barriques. Both primary and malolactic fermentations occurred naturally, with the wine left on fine lees until blending — no stirring, just gentle topping in the quiet of the underground cellar.

After eleven months in carefully selected French oak from the finest forests, the wine was bottled with its balance and texture beautifully intact.

In the glass, it shows a medium to deep cherry hue, edged with a vibrant flash of purple at the rim. The nose is perfumed and bright, brimming with red and blue berries, hints of lush fruit sweetness and subtle notes of savoury spice. The palate is supple, svelte and layered with red fruits and gentle spice, all wrapped in silky fine tannins. Elegantly balanced and seductively textured, this is a Pinot Noir of charm and quiet confidence.
