Sourced from a small, densely planted plot in Bass Phillip’s Leongatha vineyard, this distinctive Gewürztraminer is produced from exceptionally low-yielding vines, delivering concentration while retaining freshness and natural acidity. The winemaking is carefully considered, with fermentation sometimes taking place in oak before the wine spends around 12 months in stainless steel, preserving its varietal perfume while building texture and depth. A unique Australian interpretation, it combines aromatic intensity with a dry, finely balanced palate.

The bouquet bursts with fragrant rose petals, musk and lychee, complemented by hints of pear, apple, lime leaf and apricot. The palate is soft and juicy, with a subtle impression of sweetness despite being completely dry, balanced by grippy acidity and a gentle, rounded texture. Intensely aromatic yet fresh and composed, the flavours linger beautifully through a clean, vibrant finish.
