Balnaves The Blend

Established in 1975 at the southern end of Coonawarra’s famed Terra Rossa strip, the Balnaves vineyard reflects a family legacy in the district dating back to 1855 — with hands-on dedication still at its core.

From an outstanding vintage, the mild season delivered wines of deep colour and exceptional flavour. This blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot was matured for 11 months in 13% new French oak. Rich, structured and beautifully balanced, it shows the hallmark depth and purity of classic Coonawarra.
