Adega Pedralonga Terra de Godos Albarino

For generations, the Alfonso family has tended their vineyards in Rias Baixas, crafting wine with traditional and biodynamic methods that honour the region’s coastal heritage. The Pedralonga vineyards thrive under an Atlantic climate, enjoying gentle temperatures and generous rainfall throughout the year. Planted in sandy loam soils at the foot of Xiabre Mountain, the vines soak up plentiful sunshine, ensuring healthy, even ripening of the fruit.

Hand picked Albarino is gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where it undergoes malolactic conversion on lees for added texture and complexity. The wine then rests for a further six months, building character while preserving freshness.

On the palate, expect bright acidity and a lively line of green apple, wrapped in an unctuous texture with a delicate mineral salinity that speaks clearly of its maritime home. Pure, refreshing and quietly complex — a beautiful expression of classic Rias Baixas Albarino.
