Sourced from two parcels, Les Pierres and Le Poirier du Clos, with vines over 30 years old, this wine reflects Joseph Colin’s careful, minimal-intervention approach. The fruit is handled with exceptional care, using whole-bunch pressing and gentle extraction before maturation in larger 500–600 litre barrels, allowing the vineyard character and purity of Pinot Noir to shine.

The nose is beautifully expressive, combining ripe red fruit with a subtle richness from barrel ageing. With time in the glass, delicate floral notes emerge, adding elegance and perfume to the wine’s already captivating aromatic profile.
